Washington Capitals defenseman Nick Jensen returned to the ice Monday after missing three days of training camp last week.

Jensen did not practice Thursday, Friday or Saturday due to personal reasons.

Jensen, 33, enters his sixth season with the Capitals. He’s likely to open the season on the right side of the team’s second defensive pair.
