Let's remember that Crosby is probably the only player in the entire National Hockey League, who doesn't play for the Montreal Canadiens, who is constantly cheered and given standing ovations at the Bell Centre (aside from Marc-André Fleury on a few occasions).

Personally, I have immense respect for Sidney Crosby, who once again showed this morning just how much of a true leader he is.

Crosby and Nathan MacKinnon were almost the only Canadian players to show up this morning for the OPTIONAL practice, despite the storm and despite their heavy workload last night.
