The 2024 first-round pick Adam Jiricek is continuing his point barrage for the Brantford Bulldogs in the OHL. The defenseman extended his point streak to 13 games — the longest by an OHL defenseman this season — after scoring a goal Friday and adding an assist Saturday. The Bulldogs came away with a win and a loss, moving to 19-1-4-1.
Jiricek’s goal on Saturday in the third period was the game-winner, knocking in a rebound to make it 4–3:

Justin Carbonneau, the 19th pick in the 2025 NHL Draft, continues to light up the stat sheet for Blainville-Boisbriand in the QMJHL.
On Saturday, he scored his 21st goal of the season and added an assist, extending his point streak to five games and helping propel his team to a 6–3 win over the Gatineau Olympiques. This win puts his team at a 16-6-3-0 record for 35 points and first place in the Western Confrence.
His goal came in the first period after he grabbed the puck behind his own net and went coast to coast, showing off both his speed and puck-protection skills:

Carbonneau also celebrated his 19th birthday on Tuesday.
2023 first-round pick Otto Stenberg has two goals and four assists in 17 games for the AHL’s Springfield Thunderbirds. The Thunderbirds sit last in the Atlantic Division at 5-10-2-2. The Blues’ 2025 sixth-round pick, Love Harenstam, continues to give Södertälje SK of HockeyAllsvenskan a chance to win — even if the results don’t always follow.
The 18-year-old has started 15 games this season, and in 11 of his 16 appearances, he has allowed two or fewer goals. On Wednesday, he faced only 10 shots, stopping seven, but his offense pulled through with a 6–3 win over Vimmerby. On Friday, he faced 30 shots and made 27 saves, but came up short in a 3–2 loss to Mora IK.
Harenstam has an impressive 2.13 goals-against average and a .913 save percentage, but his record sits at 5-11-1 as his team continues to struggle offensively.
2023 sixth-round pick Matthew Mayich has three goals and one assist through 16 games this season for Clarkson University. He was held off the scoresheet on Friday but helped Clarkson to a 2–0 win over UMass Lowell. On Saturday, he tied the game 1–1 in the first period with his third goal of the season in a 3–2 loss to Alaska Fairbanks. The Golden Knights are now 5-11-0.
Goal at 0:39
Seventh-round 2024 NHL Draft pick Matvei Korotky has been sidelined since Oct. 31 with a lower-body injury, and it is unknown when he will return. When he left the lineup, he was on a three-game point streak for SKA St. Petersburg in the KHL. This season, he has played 20 games, recording 15 points on nine goals and six assists.
