The 'Conn Smythe Trophy winners' quiz

It took five games and came with the Edmonton Oilers already trailing 3-0 in the second period against the Florida Panthers, but Connor McDavid finally got his first goal of the 2025 Stanley Cup Playoffs. 

For the second year in a row, McDavid and the Oilers find themselves needing to force a Game 7 for a chance to beat the Panthers and lift Canada’s first Stanley Cup since 1993. Teammate and former Cup Champion Corey Perry spoke about the leadership of “McJesus,” ahead of the do-or-die Game 6. 

“He’s just friends with everybody and he’s that leader. There’s a voice and he uses it when something needs to be said. His actions speak louder than his words,” said Perry. 

“I wouldn’t ask for a better captain.”

Which brings us to today’s quiz. Despite losing to Florida in last year’s SCF, McDavid won the Conn Smythe Trophy for postseason Most Valuable Player. With that being said, can you name every Conn Smyth Trophy winner since 1965?
