Thanks to four goals from Sam Reinhart and a 28-for-29 performance between the pipes for goaltender Sergei Bobrovsky, the Florida Panthers are once again Stanley Cup Champions. After losing in Game 6 to the Oilers in last year’s Stanley Cup Final, the Panthers refused to allow Edmonton take the series to a seventh game this go round. Reinhart – who finished the playoffs with the most even-strength goals – got the scoring started just 4:36 into the first period and got his second in the second period to make the score 3-0.
Reinhart finished the SCF with seven total goals in the series, the most since Wayne Gretzky did the same with the Oilers in 1985.
Which brings us to today’s quiz. There have been 18 players to score at least 10 goals in multiple Stanley Cup Playoff runs since the 2000 playoffs. How many of those players can you name in five minutes?
Good luck!
