We had a fun little scene on Wednesday, live from the Montreal Canadiens' practice. Winning feels good, and victory does wonders for team morale, as we saw in Brossard.
The players had a ton of fun, even dropping the gloves for a laugh.
As Stu Cowan of the The Montreal Gazette wrote:
"Michael Pezzetta, Arber Xhekaj, and Jayden Struble are working on their fighting skills at the end of the Habs' practice in Brossard, with assistant coach Stéphane Robidas joining in as well."
You could say it was for fun, but more seriously, it was also a kind of practice session.

The Canadiens are now heading into the holiday break with a solid two points from their win against the Buffalo Sabres and an interesting back-to-back set against the Detroit Red Wings.
It'll be fascinating to see how Martin St-Louis' squad responds after Tuesday night's strong performance.
Speaking of Michael Pezzetta, will the head coach take advantage of the holiday break and the two games in 48 hours to finally give him a game?
Will he finally be inserted into the lineup?
Pezzetta, 26 years old, has 0 points in 3 games this season, with four penalty minutes.
He hasn't played since Oct. 27 (!) and has logged less than 28 minutes of total ice time this season.
As Michel Therrien recently pointed out, it might be a good idea to resolve this situation, which is becoming almost sad for Pezzetta.
