NFL legend Larry Fitzgerald’s son has made his college decision.
Fitzgerald’s son Devin Fitzgerald, a 3-star wide receiver in the Class of 2026, told Hayes Fawcett of Rivals on Saturday that he has committed to Notre Dame.
The younger Fitzgerald had offers from dozens of schools but chose the Fighting Irish over a list of finalists that included Clemson, Stanford and UCLA.

Fitzgerald is a 6-foot-2, 185-pound prospect from Brophy College Preparatory school in Phoenix, Ariz. He is ranked by Rivals as the No. 82 wide receiver in the nation and No. 7 at his position in the state of Arizona.
Fitzgerald has attracted added attention because his father is one of the best receivers in NFL history and a future Hall of Famer, but the teenager has also shown off some incredible athleticism. One of Devin’s scholarship offers came from arguably the greatest coach of all time.
Larry Fitzgerald played all 17 of his NFL seasons with the Arizona Cardinals from 2004-2020. He made the Pro Bowl 11 times and ranks second all time behind only Jerry Rice in receptions (1,432) and receiving yardage (17,492 yards). He ranks sixth all time with 121 touchdown catches.
Devin Fitzgerald was the second son of a notable former NFL player to commit to Notre Dame this week.
