Watch: Kody Clemens hits home run in first game at Fenway Park

Roger Clemens spent 13 years dominating on the mound at Fenway Park as a starting pitcher for the Boston Red Sox. On Saturday afternoon, he had a chance to watch his son, Minnesota Twins outfielder Kody Clemens, make an impact of his own at the storied ballpark by clubbing a two-run home run in his first Fenway Park start.

The younger Clemens has spent parts of four seasons in the Major Leagues and just joined the Twins earlier this season.

His home run on Saturday is his first of the season, and it could not have been more perfectly timed.

Not only did it give the Twins a 3-1 lead in the top of the sixth inning, but it also came with his dad and family in attendance.

Kody Clemens started his career with the Detroit Tigers and has also played for the Philadelphia Phillies.

His home run on Saturday was the 15th of his career.
