The 'NFL all-time passing leaders' quiz

Happy 45th birthday to three-time Pro Bowler and first-overall pick from the 2003 NFL Draft, Carson Palmer!

Palmer was drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals after his 2002-03 Heisman Trophy-winning campaign at USC, but didn’t take an NFL snap until 2004. Palmer played seven total seasons with the Bengals, eclipsing 3,000 passing-yards and 20 touchdowns in his five full seasons as  the starter. But while he was clearly a quality NFL quarterback, the Bengals as a team struggled and eventually drove Palmer to a temporary retirement after they apparently were unwilling to honor a trade request.

He was eventually traded to Oakland after a successful start from replacement Andy Dalton, and Palmer played two seasons with the Raiders before getting traded to Arizona for the final five seasons of his career. In 2015 he had the best season of his career, throwing for 4,671 yards and 35 touchdowns to 11 interceptions, leading the Cardinals to a 13-3 record and a playoff victory over Green Bay before falling to the Carolina Panthers in the NFC Championship.

Which brings us to today’s quiz. When Palmer retired for good after the 2017 season, he’d racked up 46,247 passing yards. With that being said, can you name every NFL quarterback with at least 34,000 passing yards can you name in six minutes?

Good luck!
