Jalen Hurts has had plenty of success as the Philadelphia Eagles starter, and with a win Sunday, he'll join an exclusive list.
If the Eagles earn a Week 4 victory over the Washington Commanders, Hurts will become only the second quarterback in the Super Bowl era to post two separate 10-game winning streaks through the first four seasons of his career. The only other quarterback to accomplish the feat? Kansas City Chiefs star Patrick Mahomes.

Hurts is no stranger to making history. In Week 3 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Hurts not only helped the Eagles move to 3-0 but surpassed former Carolina Panthers MVP Cam Newton for the most rushing scores (29) by a QB over their first 50 games.
Through three weeks, Hurts has faced criticism for failing to play as crisply as the 2022 version despite leading the Eagles to a 3-0 start.
Regardless of how it's looked, Hurts has proved he's still one of the most dangerous dual-threat weapons in the NFL. Entering Sunday's matchup with the Commanders, Hurts has passed for 640 yards and rushed for 100 while posting six total touchdowns, three each through the air and ground.

Style points and records aren't that important to Hurts, who consistently reminds those who ask that "winning is the main thing." While speaking with reporters on Wednesday, he explained how he gained that mind frame.
"By losing," Hurts said, via the Eagles. "I think it's as simple as that. You come up short, you learn from it and ask yourself, 'What's more important?'"
One thing is sure: The Eagles win more than not with Hurts as their starter. Following the Eagles Week 3 victory, Hurts improved to 20-1 over his last 21 starts, becoming only the seventh QB to post such a streak since 1950.
