The Dallas Cowboys and the New York Giants will renew their rivalry in Week 10, and this may just be the most lopsided matchup of the NFL season. Dallas already beat New York, 40-0, in Week 1, and this could be even worse with Tommy DeVito slated to start for the Giants this Sunday.
This is the wildest betting market of the NFL season. The Cowboys are massive, 17-point favorites against the Giants with a total of 39, meaning oddsmakers are projecting a 28-11 win for Dallas. That somehow seems generous to the Giants, too.
New York has scored 13 total points with DeVito under center over the last two games, and now it has to face a Dallas defense that sacked Daniel Jones seven times and gave up just 2.6 yards per play in Week 1. On the other side, the Cowboys offense has been rolling with 57 points and 793 yards of offense over the last two games.
Maybe find a different game for the main TV screen on Sunday afternoon.
Taking this big of a favorite in the NFL isn't normally a winning proposition, but we can't see a scenario in which the Giants keep this game close. The Cowboys have dominated inferior opponents all season, as they've outscored the Giants, New York Jets, New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams by an average of 29.5 points per game.
It would be a miracle if New York lucks its way to 10 points in this game, and it's possible the Cowboys defense outscores the Giants offense by itself. Lay the 17.
Tony Pollard over 69.5 rushing yards (-110 DraftKings)
The Cowboys can't seem to get Pollard going right now. Pollard is averaging just 42.0 rushing yards per game over the last five, and he hasn't cleared 53 yards in that span. But this is the perfect matchup to get him back in a groove. The Giants rank 29th in the NFL in yards per rush allowed, and Pollard ran for 70 yards on just 14 carries against New York in Week 1.
