Watch: Tyrese Haliburton banks in third-quarter buzzer-beater

It’s becoming a theme in Game 1. Boston takes a lead with a big run, then Tyrese Haliburton erases that lead with a big three.

Boston looked like it had taken command of its Game 1 battle with Indiana with a 13-0 run, capped by Jayson Tatum’s and-one to give them an 87-75 lead.

Boston’s defense was strong during the run, featuring a steal, a block and multiple rebounds from Jaylen Brown.

But just like the Pacers did after Boston took big leads in the previous quarters, Indiana came back again and cut the lead to a single point after three quarters.

The Pacers are showing a ton of resilience, and former Celtic Aaron Nesmith is finally finding his shot.

No lead is safe so far in Game 1. Especially when Tyrese Haliburton gets the ball late.
