The NCAA's all-time leading scorer worked off-ball and received a pass from forward Aliyah Boston on a dribble handoff, screening the defender and giving the former Iowa star incredible space to drain the long-distance shot.
Reese also made her impact felt early. She recorded an offensive rebound on a missed three from teammate Michaela Onyenwere and put it in the basket for two to give the Sky an early three-point lead.

The two WNBA rookies met five times in college, including twice in the NCAA Tournament the past two seasons while Reese was at LSU.
Reese won the 2023 national championship meeting, and Clark got revenge in the national semifinals this year.
They also met three times in the Big Ten while Reese was at Maryland, and the Terrapins went 3-0 in those games.
Clark knocked down a stepback three with 4:30 remaining in the first to give her six early points.
