Aaron Judge records preposterous stat at Giants’ Oracle Park

New York Yankees star Aaron Judge showed San Francisco Giants fans exactly what they’ve been missing out on.

Judge and the Yankees swept the Giants over the weekend in their three-game series at Oracle Park in San Francisco, California.

Judge was the one holding the biggest broom. He tallied multiple hits in each game of the series. He also had three home runs over the first two contests, prompting several Yankees fans to revive a meme Giants fans probably remember.

Judge’s home run output in his first three career games at Oracle Park tied Thairo Estrada and Mike Yastrzemski for the most dingers in the stadium in 2024. The difference? The other two are Giants who have each had around a hundred at-bats at the venue this season.

Judge has been on an MVP trajectory so far this season. In 61 games, Judge has slashed .288/.417/.658 with an OPS of 1.075. He leads the majors in home runs (21), walks (48), slugging percentage (.658), and OPS (1.075).

It’s crazy to think "Arson Judge" nearly joined the Giants two offseasons ago.
