Vikings three-time Pro Bowl wide receiver Justin Jefferson became the highest-paid non-quarterback on Monday, signing a four-year extension worth $140M — $35M per year — with $110M guaranteed.
Five of the eight highest-paid non-quarterbacks are now wide receivers, signifying the league views it as the second-most-valuable position right now.
With that in mind, here are three wide receivers who should be next in line for massive paydays.
Lamb can unseat Jefferson as the NFL's highest-paid non-quarterback in a short time. The All-Pro has more catches and touchdowns than Jefferson over the past four seasons.

Dallas and Lamb have reportedly been in discussions about a new deal as he is currently set to play on his fifth-year option in 2024.
The Cowboys were arguably the least active team this offseason so they could pay their star players. Lamb should be at the top of that list.
Chase, the No. 5 overall pick in 2021, is heading into the final year of his rookie deal and Cincinnati would be smart to lock him up for the foreseeable future.
The three-time Pro Bowler has amassed 268 catches for 3,717 yards and 29 touchdowns in the last three years.
He made it clear he wanted to wait for Jefferson to reset the WR market and that has now happened.
The Bengals already made Joe Burrow the highest-paid quarterback in the league. Could they make Chase the highest-paid wide receiver, too?
There may not be a name more popular as a potential trade candidate this offseason than Aiyuk, especially after San Francisco drafted wide receiver Ricky Pearsall in the first round of the 2024 NFL Draft. The team also paid wide receiver Jauan Jennings last week.
Aiyuk has gotten better every season, registering a career-high 1,342 receiving yards on 75 catches in 2023.
A trade seems to make the most sense for the 49ers, who have already paid several of their top stars. Either way, Aiyuk will earn the payday he deserves sooner rather than later.
