Denver Broncos wide receiver Courtland Sutton recently skipped OTAs, making it clear he wanted a new contract. This led some to wonder whether he would attend the mandatory minicamp.
During a Thursday appearance on the "DNVR Broncos" podcast, Sutton – who has two years remaining on a four-year, $60.8M deal – confirmed he will report for the start of minicamp on June 11 despite questions about his future with the team.

He also discussed how he wants to end the Broncos' eight-year playoff drought, the second-longest active streak in the NFL.
"This has been an organization teams have feared and respected, and I think the past couple of years we haven't been able to uphold that standard," Sutton said. "We want to be in that realm where people say, 'Is it going to be the Chiefs or Broncos that come out of [the AFC] West?'"
It appears Denver is entering rebuilding mode in its second season under head coach Sean Payton. This offseason, they released QB Russell Wilson and selected Bo Nix out of Oregon with the 12th overall pick. Sutton indicated he plans to develop chemistry with the 24-year-old passer immediately.
"I'm looking forward to getting out on the field and working with him," Sutton said. "He has that leader mentality, that aura that he carries and walks with."
In 16 games last season, Sutton tied for fourth in the league with 10 touchdown catches. If the 28-year-old pass-catcher produces similar results with Nix, he could earn a new deal. Spotrac estimates the former Pro Bowler's market value at a three-year, $18.7M contract.
