Dallas Mavericks star Luka Doncic isn’t afraid to talk trash to anybody. Boston Celtics owner Wyc Grousbeck is no exception.

Doncic drew attention during Game 2 of the NBA Finals for his interactions with Grousbeck along the sidelines at TD Garden in Boston, Mass.

At one point in Game 2, Grousbeck was seen taunting the Mavericks star. Doncic answered by hitting a shot and immediately barking right back at the Celtics’ owner.

But when asked about the interaction after the game, Doncic couldn’t even acknowledge that it happened. Doncic said that he doesn’t even know who owns the Celtics.

“I’m sorry. I don’t know who is the Celtics owner,” said Doncic.

Doncic has had a history of talking trash to unruly fans sitting courtside. Doncic treated one Minnesota Timberwolves fan the same way during Game 5 of the Western Conference Finals.

Doncic put on a show in the first half of Game 2 to keep his Mavericks afloat early. The Mavericks star scored 23 of the team’s 51 points in the opening two quarters.

However, Doncic’s efforts weren’t enough to prevent a 105-98 Celtics win which allowed Boston to take a 2-0 lead in the series. Doncic finished the game with 32 points, 11 rebounds, and 11 assists on 12-of-21 shooting from the field.

The Mavs leader didn’t get much help from Kyrie Irving, who tallied just 16 points in the contest. Irving had more to worry about than just the Celtics’ owner heckling him throughout the contest.
