The Oilers have clawed their way out of a 3-0 hole and now sit here at home with a chance to force a Game 7 in the Stanley Cup Final. The goals have started flowing far more, and we'd like to ride that wave with a pair of point props on both ends for Game 6 Friday.
Florida's Sam Bennett has been awesome for a few rounds now, which makes this plus-money price on his continued offensive involvement a welcomed sight.
Bennett now has a point in four of five games in the Stanley Cup Final, and he and this second-line has been Florida's most productive of late.
Bennett is over-due for a goal, and while this point may come in that form, it could just as easily come assisting Evan Rodrigues or Matthew Tkachuk, the latter of whom finally scored in Game 5 and should be giving it his all in Game 6.
If you're looking for a longer-odds look for tonight, look no further than Edmonton defenseman Darnell Nurse. Nurse has come alive during this two-game winning streak for the Oilers, piling up nine shots on goal and scoring a goal.
He now has points in both home games this series, and considering he leads the team in even-strength shots during this winning streak, it seems likely he maintains that aggressiveness as Edmonton pushes to extend this series to a seventh game.
A defenseman shooting this much opens up plenty of pathways to a point. Whether it be a goal, a tip-in/deflection, a rebound, or a normal assisted pass, Nurse should be involved at home in Game 6.
Both of his points have come with Connor McDavid, not a bad player to be sharing the ice with.
