The Golden State Warriors may have missed out on a potential Paul George trade, but they've remained at the core of numerous other noteworthy trade rumors.
Among those is the pursuit of Utah Jazz forward Lauri Markkanen, with whom the team has remained torn on parting with regardless of what offers come its way.
But as the Jazz mull over whether to kick the tires on a potential deal involving Markkanen, the phones apparently haven't stopped ringing.
According to The Athletic's Tony Jones, 20 teams have called the Jazz about the availability of Markkanen. But Jones cited three specific teams while speaking on Sactown Sports 1140, two of which have "tangible offers on the table."
"Sacramento has a tangible offer on the table, the Golden State Warriors have a tangible offer on the table, the San Antonio Spurs — they've expressed a lot of interest," Jones said.
According to @Tjonesonthenba, the Kings are "very interested" in Lauri Markkanen.

Jones also highlighted that the Kings currently have what they believe to be a "strong offer" currently on the table. The Kings have also found themselves linked in numerous trade rumors since the start of the offseason, as they appear to be going toe-to-toe with the Warriors in pursuit of difference-makers who may be available.
While it's unlikely the buzz surrounding Markkanen will cool off anytime soon, it'll be interesting to see what the Jazz opt to do with the 27-year-old.
But from the sound of it, even if they hold onto Markkanen, we shouldn't expect to see the trade offers stop coming.
