Jimmy Garoppolo is no longer the Raiders quarterback, with Minshew installed as the QB1 now. Justin Herbert is still the Chargers' star man, but he's now without Austin Ekeler, Keenan Allen and Mike Williams.

Pierce got the Raiders gig after an impressive run last season that saw Las Vegas become competitive after McDaniels' firing. The most famous moment was a 42-point blowout win over the Herbert-less Chargers in primetime late last season.
