The 22-year-old took the checkered flag at Bristol Motor Speedway on Thursday night, winning his second consecutive Truck Series race after taking the series' last event at Milwaukee on Aug. 25.
Thursday's win gave Riggs four straight top-five finishes, all of which have come at short tracks.
Riggs finished 10th at Bristol in March and while he started 18th on Thursday night, he was able to claw his way to an eighth-place finish in Stage One. The No. 38 truck only got stronger as the race went on, finishing fourth in Stage Two.
Riggs took the lead from Corey Heim on lap 120 and despite a couple of late-race restarts, held on to claim the win at the Last Great Colosseum.
Heim finished in the runner-up spot, with Rajah Caruth, Christian Eckes and Nick Sanchez completing the top-five. Matt Crafton, Chase Purdy, Ty Majeski, Stewart Friesen and Tyler Ankrum rounded out the top-10.
Other notable finishers from Thursday's race include Taylor Gray in 12th, Grant Enfinger in 17th, Corey Day in 18th, Connor Zilisch in 19th and Ben Rhodes in 27th.
The next race of the Truck Series season will come on Sept. 27 at Kansas Speedway. The race will be the final race of the Truck Series' Round of 10, after which two drivers will be eliminated from championship contention.
