Watch: Georgia Tech extends UNC's losing streak with shocking TD

The North Carolina Tar Heels are finding new ways to lose football games.

They lost their fourth consecutive game on Saturday afternoon, dropping a 41-34 decision to Georgia Tech that was decided by a late Yellow Jackets touchdown.

What stood out the most about that game-winning touchdown? Georgia Tech probably was not even trying to score and seemed willing to take the game to overtime.

Overtime would not be needed.

With the game tied, 34-34, with less than 30 seconds to play, the Yellow Jackets called a simple handoff to Jamal Haynes that seemed to be done with the intention of running the clock.

Instead, Haynes found a lane through the North Carolina defense to run for a game-winning, 68-yard touchdown.

Have a look.

Not only has North Carolina lost four games in a row to go to 3-4, but each one has been a different level of frustration.

The losing streak started by getting absolutely humiliated at home to James Madison by a 70-50 margin.

In the next game, they let a 17-0 lead against Duke turn into a 21-20 defeat.

That was followed by a more normal 34-24 loss at home to Pitt.

Then on Saturday, you had this game where they were unable to get to overtime when the other team seemed resigned to playing extra football. North Carolina's remaining schedule is extremely manageable on paper with Virginia, Florida State, Wake Forest, Boston College and North Carolina State remaining. With the way they are playing right now, however, every game seems like it is going to be a challenge.
