The Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets will be without their most important player for their big matchup with Notre Dame on Saturday.
The 5-1 Fighting Irish are scheduled to face the 5-2 Yellow Jackets at Mercedes-Benz Stadium in Atlanta, Georgia. Georgia Tech is having a nice season and has posted conference wins against Florida State, Duke and North Carolina. The Yellow Jackets seemed like a real threat to beat Notre Dame — and they still could — but they would have to do it without their starting quarterback.
Haynes King will miss Saturday’s game and is said to be day-to-day with an upper-body injury.
