Anyone with 49ers players on their fantasy football team this season knows how hard it is to keep a healthy roster. One player, however, went out of his way to let a young football fan know that he was going to be OK.
Star wide receiver Deebo Samuel was just one player mentioned in a TikTok video of a young football fan whose injured fantasy lineup had brought him to tears. But illness didn't stop the dynamic wideout from reaching out via social media to let the budding fantasy owner know he's doing all right.

Samuel exited last Sunday's home game against the Kansas City Chiefs due to difficulty breathing. He was hospitalized on Sunday night with fluid in lungs due to pneumonia.
He was released from the hospital on Tuesday, according to ESPN. The receiver took to social media to let fans know he was returning home.

Samuel was one of several banged-up 49ers who did not participate in practice on Wednesday, however, there is reportedly still a chance that he will suit up on Sunday.
The 49ers host the Dallas Cowboys in Week 8.
