Jameis Winston led the Cleveland Browns to a huge upset win over the Baltimore Ravens on Sunday, and those who heard the veteran quarterback’s pregame speech probably were not surprised.

Winston is known for hyping his teammates up with awesome motivational speeches. His gift was on display once again before kickoff at Huntington Bank Field in Cleveland, in Week 8. Winston delivered a fiery pep talk before the Browns beat their divisional rival 29-24.

Winston was named Cleveland’s starting quarterback after Deshaun Watson suffered a torn Achilles. The 30-year-old got the job done on Sunday with 334 yards, three touchdowns and no interceptions. The Browns were trailing, 24-23, with under a minute left in the game when Winston hit Cedric Tillman on a 38-yard score.

Winston loves delivering pregame speeches so much that he had one go viral during the preseason. Even his speeches during practices have become the stuff of legend.

Though he has had an up-and-down NFL career, Winston showed on Sunday why teams continue to value him as a backup.
