In his final NASCAR Cup Series qualifying session as a full-time driver, Martin Truex Jr. won the pole position and will lead the field to the green flag for Sunday's NASCAR Cup Series championship race.

Truex Jr. won the pole with a lap of 26.718 seconds.
Joey Logano qualified second, the best qualifying effort of any Championship Four driver. Ross Chastain, Kyle Larson and Chase Elliott round out the top five, with Ty Gibbs, Christopher Bell, William Byron, Harrison Burton and Tyler Reddick completing the top 10.
Other notable starting positions include Denny Hamlin in 14th, Ryan Blaney in 17th, Jimmie Johnson in 23rd, Kyle Busch in 25th and Bubba Wallace in 29th.
Josh Berry and Jeb Burton were unable to post a qualifying speed during the session, as Berry spun on his lap. Burton's No. 50 was not able to make it on the track to qualifying a day after he and Team AmeriVet had a litany of issues with their car's reliability in practice.

The NASCAR Cup Series championship race will go green shortly after 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, with coverage on NBC, Peacock, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio.
