Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh is seemingly transforming quarterback Justin Herbert into an offensive monster.
In the Chargers' 27-17 victory over the Titans on Sunday, Herbert beat Tennessee with his arm and legs. He completed 14-of-18 passes for 164 yards and one TD. Additionally, he rushed for 32 yards and one TD on nine carries.

"I'm changing his name to 'Beast.' Beast Herbert," Harbaugh said postgame, via Eric Smith of the team website. "Half man, half beast."
Harbaugh added the Bolts will continue to use Herbert's mobility, allowing him to make more explosive plays.
"It's a threat you have to hold the defense accountable to," Herbert said of his running ability, per the Los Angeles Times' Thuc Nhi Nguyen. "As long as I'm smart and pick my battles correctly, I think it's a big part of our offense."
Of course, the Chargers should exercise caution, especially after Herbert suffered an ankle injury earlier this season. However, letting the QB use his legs should make the Bolts offense less one-dimensional.
L.A. ranks 10th in the league in rushing attempts per game (29.6) but is 19th in rushing yards (117.9). It's 22nd in passing yards (196.4).
More importantly, it may make Herbert's teammates rally around him, which should help the Chargers win more games.
"Man, Justin was doing some stuff I've never seen ... I didn't know he had that in his arsenal," Chargers linebacker Khalil Mack said, per Smith.
"Special player," Mack added about Herbert. "You see him laying his body on the line today. It speaks volumes when you have a leader like that."
Through his first nine games, Herbert has posted a career-high 103.2 passer rating. He could generate more MVP buzz if the Chargers (6-3) keep vying for a playoff spot.
