Watch: LaMelo Ball hits game-winning free throws after getting fouled by Giannis Antetokounmpo

In each of the last two games, Giannis Antetokounmpo has committed a crucial foul in the final seconds. This time, LaMelo Ball made his free throws, and the Bucks fell to 4-9.

Antetokounmpo put up his first triple-double of the season, but he also fouled Ball with 7.3 seconds to go. Ball's two free throws were the margin of victory in the Charlotte Hornets' 115-114 win over the Milwaukee Bucks.

Wednesday, Antetokounmpo fouled the Detroit Pistons' Ron Holland with a second remaining, but the rookie missed both freebies, and the Bucks went on to win in overtime. Saturday, Antetokounmpo missed an 18-foot step-back that would have won the game, and the Hornets hung on for the one-point win.

The final minutes were a duel between Ball, who finished with 26 points, nine rebounds and six assists, and the Greek Freak, who went for 22 points, 15 rebounds and 12 assists. The two All-Stars were involved in every bucket. Ball tied the game with a layup to make it 107-107 with four minutes to go.

Ball also found Miles Bridges for a three-pointer and converted a three-point play. For his part, Antetokounmpo found Pat Connaughton for two late assists, and he had a dunk so exciting that even the Charlotte crowd erupted.

Ball's return after missing nearly all of last season has turned the Hornets from bottom-dwellers to a respectable NBA team. Meanwhile, Antetokounmpo is averaging 35.7 points and 12.5 rebounds in the month of November and shooting 59 percent, yet his team is just 3-5 in the month (3-4 in games he's played).

Of course, in trying to do it all for the Bucks, Antetokounmpo has been trying to do too much on defense in the final seconds. Saturday, Ball turned his defensive aggression into a big win.
