The late Bill Walton received a nice tribute from those running the Maui Invitational.
Walton died in May at the age of 71 following a battle with cancer. In addition to being a Hall of Fame player, Walton became a beloved broadcaster. He was a staple of the annual Maui Invitational college basketball tournament, for which he served as an analyst on ESPN.
Walton would wear Hawaiian shirts at the event, take in the scenery, and mix with the locals. ESPN put together a video compilation of all those experiences.

In honor of Walton, a large chair draped with a Hawaiian shirt was placed courtside.
