Nebraska assistant Donovan Raiola is brushing aside his postgame exchange with Wisconsin head coach Luke Fickell.
Raiola, who is Nebraska’s offensive line coach, was captured on video giving a thumbs-up to Fickell after the Cornhuskers’ 44-25 win over the Badgers at Memorial Stadium in Lincoln, Neb. The two coaches exchanged words, and then a security officer went over and grabbed Raiola.
It was unclear what the exchange was about, but Nebraska is brushing it aside.
On Monday, Nebraska head coach Matt Rhule said Raiola described the situation as “no big deal.”
