The Buffalo Bills (9-2) are red-hot, winning their last six games in a row by an average of nearly 12 points.
With still an additional half-dozen contests left to be played, the team can incredibly lock up the AFC East crown with relative ease in Week 13.
According to CBS Sports, the Bills just need a win over the San Francisco 49ers (5-6) and loss by the Miami Dolphins (5-6) to the Green Bay Packers (8-3) on Sunday to do so.
Buffalo would be the first team in the league to wrap up a division title this season, which is impressive considering the Kansas City Chiefs (10-1) still cannot win the AFC West just yet.
If the Bills do clinch the AFC East on Sunday, they'd be the earliest team to win a division since the New Orleans Saints won the NFC South during Week 13 of the 2019 season.
Buffalo sits in the two-seed in the AFC playoff picture and is still well in the hunt to chase down Kansas City for the top spot and first-round bye.
A division title this season would be the team's fifth consecutive, the longest such streak in franchise history. The team won four division championships in a row from 1988-91.
It would also be the longest winning streak the division has seen since the New England Patriots won 11 straight from 2009-19. Buffalo, ironically, ended that streak in 2020.
