All hope is lost for the New York Jets this season, but that didn't stop Aaron Rodgers and Davante Adams from putting on a show in the second half and leading the Jets to a 32-25 victory over the Jaguars on Sunday.

With just seven points in the first half, the Jets found some sort of offensive rhythm in the second half that led to 25 points.
A majority of that rhythm was the Rodgers-to-Adams connection. After not having a reception in the first half, Adams exploded in the second. He had nine catches for 198 yards and two touchdowns. He and Rodgers found the old Green Bay connection they'd been looking for since the Jets acquired Adams prior to the trade deadline.

Rodgers finished the day with 289 yards and three touchdowns. The one touchdown pass that wasn't to Adams was to Garrett Wilson, who finished with 56 yards and that score.
Rodgers was also the Jets' leading rusher for the game with 45 yards on just six carries. It is the most rushing yards in a game for Rodgers since Week 4 of the 2019 season.
Breece Hall had 30 rushing yards and the eventual game winning one-yard rushing touchdown.
"It's been a long time since I've led the team in rushing. I take a lot of pride in my minimal athleticism."

For Jacksonville, Brian Thomas Jr. had his first 100-yard receiving game since Week 5, tallying 10 catches for 105 yards and two touchdowns.
Thomas and Brenton Strange (11 catches, 73 yards) accounted for 178 of Mac Jones' 294 passing yards. Jones also had two interceptions on the day.
You gotta prepare for him.

Outside of determining the draft order for 2025, neither of these teams have much left to play for this season.
