According to MMAWeekly, UFC president Dana White has big plans for the UFC in 2025.

Dana White has developed a plan to put together some blockbuster fights in the coming year.

The UFC has never missed a chance to push the envelope in building the company into a premier mixed martial arts avenue for fighters and entertainment.

If White’s plans come to fruition, he plans to take the UFC to new heights, and venues, and expand the company’s brand.

In a recent appearance on ESPN’s First Take, White commented, “[2024] was a record year for us again,” White continued, “Not only as far as financially for the company but [also] breaking arena records.”

He continued, “Not only as far as financially for the company but [also] breaking arena records.”

“[We’re] trying to get into Spain, we’ve never done Spain. We’re going back to LA at the beginning of the year. Going to Seattle again, probably going to hit Chicago and some of these other places we haven’t been in a while,’ White said.

Out of the many fights in negotiations, the most anticipated has been Jon ‘Bones’ Jones vs Tom Aspinall. Dana White has no doubt that the fight will go off without a hitch.

White is set on making the historic bout happen next year.

When White was asked how the negotiations were going, he said, “[Jon Jones] has never said behind the scenes, ‘I won’t fight Tom Aspinall.’ It’s the exact opposite…”

“Jon Jones is like 37 [or] 38 years old now, has these huge gaps in between fights, he is not afraid to fight Tom Aspinall.” White continued.

Dana White says that the Jones/Aspinall fight will be “biggest fight in UFC history.”
