Latson's sensational performance tied Natasha Howard's school record of 40 points vs. Syracuse, which she accomplished in 2014.
Latson was 18-for-28 in the game and made a pair of threes. Latson scored over half her points (23) in the second half.
Her performance only added to a sharp-shooting night from the Seminoles. The 105 points are the third-most the program has ever scored in an ACC game. Thursday night marked the fifth time Florida State has topped the century mark this season.
Latson's heroics should come as no surprise considering she has scored 38 points against Tennessee and 39 vs. SMU this season.
As the nation's leading scorer (27.2 PPG) entering Thursday, Latson has Florida State (12-2, 2-0 ACC) in a good position after a historic night and an undefeated start to conference play.
