The Los Angeles Rams' home playoff game on Monday night against the Minnesota Vikings had to be relocated to Arizona due to the ongoing wildfire situation in Los Angeles. Despite the move and everything surrounding the situation, it sounds like the Rams are still expecting a pretty significant showing of fan support based on the early ticket sales for the game.
Rams and Arizona Cardinals season ticket holders were given first priority for seats in a pre-sale that started on Friday, and according to Rams president Kevin Demoff, there were more than 35,000 Rams season ticket holders who purchased tickets for the game.
What an amazing showing by our fans to buy over 35k tickets in initial presales. There are still tickets left in the general on sale if fans want to buy and not purchase on secondary market. Bus information from SoFi should be firmed up this afternoon after ticket process ends https://t.co/URc11tc769

Between the two season-ticket holder bases there have already been more than 52,000 seats purchased.
The remainder of the season is now open to a general public sale, and there is a good chance a few thousand Vikings fans are going to find their way into the stadium. But that was probably going to happen even if the game was played in SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles.
Even though the game is being played at a neutral site, the stadium will still have a Rams home game field, as the end zones and field will be painted with the Rams logo and colors.
The Vikings (14-3) had the better record (the Rams were 10-7), but the Rams got the home game because they were the NFC West champions. The Vikings, following their Week 18 defeat against the Detroit Lions, ended up as a wild-card team instead of getting the No. 1 seed in the NFC playoffs and home-field advantage throughout the playoffs.
