Texas trailed 43-25 at the half and faced a 51-29 deficit with 17:07 left to play.
This is the 11th consecutive home win over the Aggies for Texas and tied for the program's largest comeback over the last 15 seasons.
This shot off the glass from Longhorns' senior guard Tramon Mark proved to be the game-winner with 3.7 seconds remaining to cap the remarkable comeback from Texas.

According to ESPN's Joe Lunardi's latest bracketology, Texas was the last team in the NCAA Tournament field before Saturday's win. Its seeding should definitely improve after a huge resume-building win against the Aggies.
It is hard to believe Texas A&M even lost this game considering it shot 12-of-23 (52.2%) and won the rebounding edge, 43-27. Other than senior guard Wade Taylor IV's 15 points (5-of-11 FG), none of the other starters scored in double figures.
Texas A&M (15-5, 4-3 SEC) has lost three of its last five conference games. The Aggies head into a meeting with SEC newcomer Oklahoma on Tuesday looking to get some more balanced production after a disappointing second-half collapse on Saturday.
For Texas (14-6, 3-4 SEC), this was its second straight win over a ranked opponent. After starting 0-3 in conference play, the Longhorns have some momentum going into another ranked matchup against No. 16 Ole Miss on Wednesday. With more ranked opponents on its schedule, Texas has plenty of opportunities to add to its improving resume.
