Kyle Busch's home track of Las Vegas Motor Speedway hasn't been very kind to him so far.
As the field took the green flag for the Lap 113 restart, Busch — who restarted 12th — found himself in a world of trouble on the exit of Turn 2.
Busch got loose on corner exit, hitting the outside wall. A few seconds later, the cause of the crash was rolling down the backstretch.

Busch suffered a loose wheel on the restart, and he's far from the only one to be bit by tire issues early in the Pennzoil 400. Chase Briscoe lost a wheel during green flag pit stops on Lap 34, while Christopher Bell had a loose wheel during yellow flag pit stops in Stage 2.

A heads-up call from the No. 20 team, but @CBellRacing will have to restart at the tail of the longest line. pic.twitter.com/Vl8sZlf06x

Loose wheels have been a talking point with NASCAR's Next-Gen car — which uses a single lug nut rather than the traditional five — since the car was introduced in 2022.
Busch's race was affected by one, and two of his crew members will be taking an unscheduled vacation over the next two weeks due to the wheel coming off during green flag racing.
