When the green flag flies for Sunday's Straight Talk Wireless 400 at Homestead-Miami Speedway, it'll be the No. 48 of Alex Bowman leading the way.
The 31-year-old from Tucson, Ariz., won the sixth pole of his NASCAR Cup Series career on Saturday, laying down a lap of 31.982 seconds around the 1.5-mile facility.

Las Vegas winner Josh Berry will share the front row with Bowman, who is looking for his first win since the Chicago Street Race in July 2024.
Berry, Noah Gragson, Chase Briscoe and William Byron rounded out the top five, with Ryan Blaney, John Hunter Nemechek, Austin Cindric, Bubba Wallace and A.J. Allmendinger completing the top 10. Wallace was fastest in the Cup Series practice session earlier on Saturday afternoon.
Other notable qualifying efforts included Joey Logano in 12th, Kyle Larson in 14th, Christopher Bell in 16th, Kyle Busch in 22nd and Denny Hamlin in 23rd.
Defending Homestead winner Tyler Reddick will start Sunday's race from the 20th position, while veteran driver J.J. Yeley will bring up the rear in 37th.
The Straight Talk Wireless 400 will go green shortly after 3 p.m. ET on Sunday, with coverage on FS1, MRN and SiriusXM NASCAR Radio. Sunday's race is the sixth of the 2025 NASCAR Cup Series season.
