Chaos ensued on the final lap at Martinsville Speedway in Saturday's NASCAR Xfinity Series race and Austin Hill was there to capitalize in a race that featured 15 cautions.
After Taylor Gray got around Sammy Smith for the lead in Turn 2 on the final lap of overtime, Smith got into the back bumper of Gray and spun him around in the final turn, allowing Hill to squeeze through and steal the win in the US Marine Corps 250.

"I'm in disbelief that we're in victory lane right now," Hill told CW Sports. "It is unbelievable. I actually said during the race that I hated this place because of all the beatin' and bangin' that was going on... Man this is awesome."
It is the 12th career Xfinity Series win for Hill, the second this season and the 100th series win for Richard Childress Racing. The win also clinched the RCR driver the $100,000 Dash 4 Cash bonus.
Sheldon Creed, Justin Allgaier, Brennan Poole and Sam Mayer rounded out the top five, with Dean Thompson, Daniel Dye, Ryan Sieg, Kris Wright and Smith completing the top 10. Saturday extended Creed's streak of second-place finishes in the Xfinity Series without a win to 14.
Other notable finishers include Aric Almirola in 13th, Carson Kvapil in 20th, Corey Day in 21st, Brandon Jones in 22nd, Harrison Burton in 24th, William Sawalich in 27th, Connor Zilisch in 28th, Gray in 29th and Jesse Love in 37th.
The seventh race of the 2025 Xfinity Series season will take place on April 5 at Darlington Raceway (3:30 p.m. ET, The CW, MRN, SiriusXM NASCAR Radio).
