Cam Ward and Shedeur Sanders have long been viewed as the two best quarterbacks in the 2025 NFL Draft, but it is another player at the position whose stock seems to be rising at the perfect time.
Former Ole Miss star Jaxson Dart has generated a lot of buzz with the draft now just over two weeks away. ESPN's Adam Schefter reported on Tuesday that Dart visited with the Cleveland Browns and is expected to meet with the Las Vegas Raiders. Dart has also spent "considerable time" with the New York Giants, New Orleans Saints and Los Angeles Rams, per Schefter.
Sources: Ole Miss QB Jaxson Dart visited today with the Cleveland Browns, and will next fly to Las Vegas to visit the Raiders, sources tell me and @FieldYates.

With the exception of the Rams, all of the aforementioned teams have picks in the top 10 of the first round. It is possible that those teams might be doing their research on Dart for the second round or potential trade-up scenarios, but most of the talk surrounding Dart has been overwhelmingly positive.
It was not all that long ago that Dart was viewed as a likely second-round pick or later. He then impressed executives and scouts at the Senior Bowl in February, and his arrow has been pointing up since. One report last month claimed there are at least two teams that expect Dart to be taken in the first half of the first round.
Dart led the SEC with 4,279 passing yards last season. He threw 29 touchdown passes and six interceptions while leading Ole Miss to a 10-3 record.
With some analysts predicting that Sanders could slide down the board, it seems like Dart's stock is headed in the opposite direction.
