Giants right fielder Mike Yastrzemski sent a walk-off home run for a swim in San Francisco's home game against the Cincinnati Reds on Wednesday.
In the bottom of the 10th inning, Yastrzemski stepped into the batter's box with the game tied 6-6. Giants third baseman Matt Chapman was on third, and there was one out.
Reds relief pitcher Emilio Pagan then hurled a 96 mph four-seam fastball, which the outfielder crushed for a two-run home run into right field.

The ball landed in McCovey Cove for the Giants' first splash hit this season. A splash hit is when a home run lands into McCovey Cove, which is located beyond the right field wall of Oracle Park.
With the 8-6 win over the Reds, the Giants have improved to 9-3. Yastrzemski's play is one key reason San Francisco is off to a fast start.
In 10 games this season, he has slashed .344/.462/.594 and hit two home runs. Against Cincinnati, the 34-year-old went 2-for-5 at the plate with two RBI, one homer and one strikeout.
Three of the Giants' last four wins have been walk-offs. That may show San Francisco has a penchant for winning close games, but it can't keep banking on it in its three-game road series against the New York Yankees (7-5). The first game against New York is on Friday at 7:05 p.m. ET.
