Watch: Angels' Mike Trout continues hot start with another monster HR

The Los Angeles Angels have been one of the biggest surprises in the American League through the first two weeks of the season, and the return of a healthy Mike Trout has been a big part of that. Trout continued his hot start on Friday night against the Houston Astros by clubbing his sixth home run of the season, with all six of them coming over just the past eight games.

Have a look as he takes Ronel Blanco deep into the Houston night.

All of this has to be a pleasant sight for Angels fans.

Trout has been one of the best players of the modern era but has seen his career become sidetracked in recent years by constant injuries.

He has appeared in more than 100 games in just one of the past five seasons, while never playing in more than 119 games during that stretch.

He appeared in only 29 games a year ago before his season was cut short in late April.

But Trout is showing this season that even though he is into his mid-30s, and has dealt with a ton of injuries, he can still hit the ball out of the ballpark.
