Watch: Jey Uso wins World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 41

YEET! For the first time in his career, Jey Uso has captured the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Uso defeated Gunther in the opening match at Night 1 of WrestleMania 41 in Las Vegas.

With the loss to Uso, Gunther's first world championship reign in WWE ended at 253 days.

Not only was it the first world championship in the career of Uso, but it was the first time he was able to knock off Gunther in a one-on-one match.

Poetically, Uso won the match with his opponent's finishing move, a sleeper hold that forced Gunther to tap out.

Uso will now begin his reign as world champion, and it is easy to believe that he will have quite the target on his back.

It is also easy to believe the winner of Saturday's main event triple threat match between Seth Rollins, CM Punk and Roman Reigns will set his sights on Uso and the world championship on next week's edition of "Monday Night Raw."
