Caitlin Clark checked off 'bucket list' moment before 2025 WNBA season

Indiana Fever point guard Caitlin Clark is heading into her second WNBA season after her stellar Rookie of the Year debut as the league's No. 1 overall pick in 2024.

The Fever selected Clark with the top pick in the draft just days after she and the Iowa Hawkeyes matched up against South Carolina in the NCAA Tournament national championship game — making this offseason her first extended break from basketball since the beginning of her senior season in Iowa City.

Clark made the most of her offseason break, checking a big-time experience off her bucket list.

Clark, an avid golfer, attended the 2025 Masters at Augusta National.

"I went to the Masters, so that was pretty cool," Clark said on Monday. "It was on my bucket list of sporting events I've always wanted to go to. I was going to go last year but it was just too close to the turnaround of camp and the draft... That was really fun.

"I think nobody having their phones, I think that was really cool," she continued. "People would come up and be like, 'Hey!' You actually have to have a conversation with the people that you like."
