Benches cleared during a game between the Baltimore Orioles and New York Yankees at Camden Yards in Baltimore, Md., on Wednesday following a play at second base.

Heston Kjerstad was on first base for the Orioles, and his team was leading 4-2 with nobody out in the bottom of the fourth inning. Carlos Carrasco was pitching for the Yankees and threw a 3-2 changeup to strike out Ramon Urias. Kjerstad tried to steal second base, and the throw went high, which resulted in second baseman Pablo Reyes jumping up for the catch. Reyes landed on Kjerstad’s head, and Kjerstad was not happy about it.

Players from the bullpens and benches cleared out and spilled onto the field, though nothing exciting happened.

The next two batters for the Orioles made outs to end the inning. Both Reyes and Kjerstad remained in the game, indicating the matter was mostly much ado about nothing.
