Caitlin Clark’s behavior on Fever sideline draws speculation

Caitlin Clark missed her second straight game with the Indiana Fever as she continues to recover from a left quadriceps strain. Despite that, she continues to make headlines with her actions on and off the court.

During the Fever's showdown with the Connecticut Sun on Friday, Clark turned a lot of heads with her on-court behavior. She was seen arguing with the referees multiple times, though she was also very active in cheering and showing support for the team.

Her reactions during the game were what really stood out, though. Aside from her eye roll that was caught on camera, another moment that had fans buzzing was her mean-mugging of Fever teammate Sophie Cunningham.

Late in the second quarter while Cunningham was fixing her hair, Clark was seen staring at her — though she eventually smiled as her Fever teammate walked away.

Fans used the clip as an opportunity to have some fun at Clark's expense, starting with a social media user who asked, "Whats on your mind Cait??"

The post quickly trended online, generating hundreds of comments and reposts combined.

Clark is out for at least two weeks, with her re-evaluation scheduled for June 9. With that said, fans can probably expect more viral moments from Clark while she sits on the sidelines.
