Scottie Scheffler's incredible dominance of the golf world continued on Sunday, and his Wikipedia page was appropriately updated for a brief period following the latest victory.
For the second consecutive year, Scheffler won the Memorial Tournament at Muirfield Village Golf Club in Dublin, Ohio. He became the first player to successfully defend his title at Jack Nickalus' event since Tiger Woods won it three straight years from 1999-2001.
Scheffler beat second-place finisher Ben Griffin by four strokes with a total score of 10-under. Someone then updated Scheffler's Wikipedia page and made his name Scottie "Himothy" Scheffler.
The factually inaccurate update was quickly corrected, but even the official X account of the PGA Tour got a kick out of it.

Scheffler has been atop the Official World Golf Ranking for more than two years straight now. He has three wins in his last four starts, including when he captured the third major victory of his career at the PGA Championship two weeks ago.
There are a lot of nicknames that would be appropriate for Scheffler. The 28-year-old now has 16 wins on the PGA Tour and looks as dialed in as ever.
Scheffler is a heavy favorite to win his fourth major at the 2025 U.S. Open in two weeks, and it would be unwise to bet against him.
