LONG POND, Pennsylvania -- While Layne Riggs officially locked himself into the 2025 Craftsman Truck Series playoffs with his victory at Pocono on Friday, the playoff bubble battle below him continued to rage on.
With only four regular-season races remaining for the Truck Series, here's where the playoff picture stands.
1. Corey Heim (four wins)
2. Chandler Smith (two wins)
3. Layne Riggs (one win)
4. Tyler Ankrum (one win)
5. Daniel Hemric (one win)
6. Stewart Friesen (one win)
7. Rajah Caruth (one win)
8. Grant Enfinger (+50)
A 17th-place finish with no stage points isn't an ideal day for Enfinger, but he has enough of a cushion to feel relatively safe over the last four weeks. Keep an eye on him to potentially sew up a playoff berth with a win at Richmond on Aug. 15.
9. Kaden Honeycutt (+45)
On the other hand, Honeycutt produced a strong third-place finish at Pocono. Friday's race could be the one the No. 45 team looks back on as the race that propelled them to the postseason.
10. Ty Majeski (+10)
Majeski kept himself above the cut line with a ninth-place run, but with little margin for error, the defending champ can't afford any bad days. Like Enfinger, Richmond on Aug. 15 might be his best chance at snagging both a win and a playoff berth.
11. Jake Garcia (-10)
A spin and subsequent 28th-place finish was far from ideal for Garcia, but he only lost six points to the cut line. It'll be tough for him to outduel a teammate and the defending champion in Majeski, but there have been several races this season where Garcia has been far and away the best truck from the ThorSport stable.
12. Gio Ruggiero (-58)
Ruggiero's hopes of making the playoffs in his rookie year are slipping away. An 11th-place finish isn't bad, but with four races left in the regular season, Ruggiero — and everyone below him — likely must win a race to make the playoffs.
13. Ben Rhodes (-60)
After swapping crew chiefs mid-season for the third time in three years, Rhodes could only muster an 18th-place finish at Pocono. It was a poor day overall for the No. 99 team, as Rhodes wasn't even able to make a lap in qualifying and had to start at the back due to an unapproved adjustment.
14. Tanner Gray (-83)
A runner-up finish is undoubtedly a great day for Gray — it ties his career-best finish — but at this juncture of the season, it's simply not enough. Gray will need to win the first race of his career over the next four weeks if he wants to also earn the first playoff berth of his career.
