Carlos Alcaraz was all class despite losing to rival Jannik Sinner in the finals at Wimbledon on Sunday.
Sinner beat Alcaraz 4-6, 6-4, 6-4, 6-4 to capture his first career title at the All England Club and fourth major overall. He is now one major behind Alcaraz, who came back to beat Sinner in an epic French Open final a month ago.
Perhaps having won the French Open final against Sinner led Alcaraz to be more generous with his feelings.
Congratulations @janniksin for your first Wimbledon ! Very well deserved! Thank you everyone for your support! I feel at home and it’s really special to play here! See you all next year! pic.twitter.com/IRrftANFlm

“Congratulations to you. A really well-deserved trophy,” Alcaraz said while making his runner-up speech.
"I'm really happy for you."

Sinner and Alcaraz have separated themselves from the rest of the competition in men’s tennis. They have combined to win the last seven majors.
Sinner has won four of those seven, while Alcaraz has won three (and five majors overall). Despite being rivals as the top two players in the sport, they display good sportsmanship towards each other.
