Connor Zilisch earned his fourth win of the 2025 NASCAR Xfinity Series season at Dover Motor Speedway on Saturday, but behind him, the playoff bubble battle continued to heat up. Here's what the Xfinity Series playoff picture looks like with six races remaining in the regular season.
1. Connor Zilisch (four wins)
2. Justin Allgaier (three wins)
3. Austin Hill (three wins)
4. Brandon Jones (one win)
5. Sammy Smith (one win)
6. Jesse Love (one win)
7. Nick Sanchez (one win)
8. Sam Mayer (+162)
9. Carson Kvapil (+86)
Kvapil is in a great spot to earn a playoff berth in his rookie season. A 15th-place finish isn't an ideal day, but a few more consistent results will be enough to sew up a playoff spot soon.
10. Sheldon Creed (+61)
After being tied at the cut-line a few short weeks ago, Creed has established a race's worth of cushion after an eighth-place finish on Saturday. Things are looking up for the No. 00 team as Creed continues to search for his first career Xfinity Series win.
11. Taylor Gray (+36)
Gray started on the pole, won Stage 1 and led 49 laps, but a bad pit stop put him back in the field at the beginning of Stage 2. He finished seventh, but could've scored his first career win if not for the pit road miscue.
12. Jeb Burton (+7)
While his cousin and bubble challenger Harrison Burton finished 11th, Jeb and the No. 27 team limped to a 20th-place finish that leaves them no margin for error. Burton has put together a solid 2025 campaign, but can't afford any major mistakes over the next six weeks.
13. Harrison Burton (-7)
Like his cousin, Harrison Burton can't afford any poor results over the next six weeks. An 11th-place finish is a solid day for the No. 25 team, but he'll need more than that to earn a playoff berth, especially in the case of a new winner from below the cut line.
14. Ryan Sieg (-30)
A sixth-place finish at Dover keeps Sieg within striking distance of the cut line. More top-10 runs are needed if the No. 39 team wants to get back to the postseason.
15. Dean Thompson (-62)
Thompson, another Xfinity Series rookie, is having a quiet but productive 2025 campaign. A 16th-place finish at Dover keeps him a race behind his competitors for the final playoff spot.
16. Christian Eckes (-71)
Eckes and the No. 16 team have been unable to recover from a horrendous start to the season. A 10th-place run at Dover on Saturday was nice, but a win is likely his only path forward to the playoffs.
